  Unnecessary work done. We spent a LOT of money on something that did NOT fix our problem. When getting estimates for water damage to our basement, I repeatedly asked about what I thought the problem was (which was much simpler to fix(, but they repeatedly dismissed my suggestion. I figured they were experts and knew what they were doing so I let it go. We spent thousands of dollars. Then it rained again, and, since they removed the drywall, we could SEE the water still leaking into the house...right where I had suggested the problem was. We don't have limitless cash flow, and yet spent thousands of dollars on work we didn't need. For what? Then they ignored our requests afterward. I think the work they did was done well, but for what? I'm still beside myself over this.

  I had a water leak in my basement recently and I called Ms. Waterproofer to take a look. The owner came out for the free estimate which impressed me and she was prompt and very knowledgeable. She priced the work out reasonably and had a dry basement within the week. I would (and already have) refer Ms. Waterproofer to friends & family.
